I hope you are enjoying this summer, though in the Northeast, we have been having some scorching temperatures! Well over 100 degrees Fahrenheit for more than 3 days, which means we’re having a heat wave. I actually like the heat, but I felt worse for my little Bear! I often forget that he wears a fur coat, until he jumps on my lap and it increases MY temperature! But who can deny this sweet face?

Last week I traveled out to the west coast to spend the day with my mentor and coach, Adam Urbanski, the millionaire marketing mentor, to create my business and marketing plan for the rest of the year. While I was concerned about Bear and this heat wave, I knew that he could and always does take care of himself. He always finds the coolest spot in our home to relax and cool down.

So I was able to focus and enjoy my time with my coach and his business partner (and wife) Bo, who spent time with me on my business systems. They were a one-two punch of powerful and inspiring strategies and actions for my business growth.

At the end of my day with Adam, I was reminded of a quote I’d heard long ago and which so aptly describes where I am.
